Pilot One

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 19, 2026

Pilot One is operated by Arvency OÜ. This policy explains what information Pilot One processes, why it is used, the service providers involved, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

1. Information we process

We process account details such as your email and display name; study activity including answers, exam sessions, favourites and progress; support messages and question reports; purchase status and product identifiers; notification preferences; and limited technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service. We do not store full payment-card details.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, synchronize study progress, provide purchased access, restore purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and improve Pilot One. We use consent where required for optional notifications and communications.

3. Service providers and payments

Pilot One uses Supabase for authentication and application data, RevenueCat to validate and synchronize digital purchases, Apple App Store and Google Play for mobile billing, Stripe for web checkout, Resend for support email, and hosting or diagnostics providers needed to run the service. These providers process only the information required for their role.

4. Retention and account deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and only as long as necessary afterward for legal, security or accounting obligations. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the app or submit a request at pilot-1.com/en/delete-account. Deleting the account does not itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Contact contact@arvency.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Security, children and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards including access controls and encrypted transport. Pilot One is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We may update this policy and will publish the current date and material notices when required.
